what are the solutions of memory access violation in tally 9

Q : I am using tally 9 2.14 but some time when I start tally from my dekstop so msg come that errorexiting tally!internal error contact tally solution software exception c0000005(memory access violation)plz tell me what is this

Ans : There are many reasons of " memory access violation " message in starting of tally but
I think that your default company is corrupted or due to shortage of your RAM , this message you are finding .

Solution of of memory access violation in tally 9

1. Please check your computer memory also , I suggest you to minimum RAM 500 MB or more up to 1 GB , I think after this , your problem will solve .

2. Go to tally.ini file and set Default Companies = No. Save the file and return to Tally.
return to company Info menu and press Ctrl+Alt+R to rewrite that company.

3. Please backup of your data on separate disk or folder for safety side.

The shortcut keys in Tally 09

The shortcut keys appear in button names in the button bar (right side of the Tally screen). You can either click the button from the button bar or press the relevant function key or character underlined/double-underlined.

The buttons have a function key before the button names ( Eg: F1: Select Cmp) which means you need to press F1 key (Function Key) to select the 'Select Company' screen

The buttons have an underlined character ( Eg: F3:Cmp Info), which means you need to press ALT + F3 to select the 'Company Info' screen.

Some buttons have a double-underlined character (Eg: As Voucher) which means you need to press CTRL + V to select the 'Voucher' in voucher mode.
