The list of debtors and creditors with their detail of address and Mobile numbers are so important for businessmen for contacting with them . When we use tally 9 , Tally 9 provide to record and embedded them to ms word or ms excel whole list of all debtor or creditor or any other ledger accounts bio-data .
For embedding tally 9 data into a document, you have to open the tally, then select the company for this purpose. After this start ms word 2003 in which you want to plug tally data.
Ist step
Open a new document in Ms Word
2nd Step
Go to tool and click on letter and and mailing and after this click mail merge
3rd Step
In the mail merge , you will see main document , click the small arrow on create button and select catalog.
4th Step
Click the arrow on get data button in data source and select create data source .
5th step
At the create data source dialog box , click ms query button that would display choose data source dialog box displaying Tally OBDC besides other database ( If any ) Select Tally OBDC and click ok button.

This would show tally tables , select the tables & columns which you wish to include in your output .

Next appears the Query Wizard with filter data options where you can give your filtering condition that is $ parent contain fixed assets .
8th Step
In next screen select the column on which data is to be sorted .
9th Step
Select Return data to ms word and click on finish button.
10th Step
Click on mail merge .
